Sunter Agung Residents Enjoy Subsidized Food Products Program

As many as 341 residents of Sunter Agung Urban Village, Tanjung Priok Sub-district, North Jakarta enjoyed the cheap subsidized food products program held by the Jakarta administration at Sunter Muara RPTRA, Jalan Sunter Muara Baru, RT 15/05, Sunter Agung.

Alhamdulillah, this program helps us, moreover, prices are still high in the month of Ramadan

The program was realized in collaboration with PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, Perumda Pasar Jaya, and Perumda Dharma Jaya.

Sunter Muara RPTRA Cheap Food Coordinator Noviyatun Widyaningsih said it was provided to 341 holders of Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus, Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ), Jakarta Worker Card, and PJLP.

"They had previously made the payment yesterday. Today they come to take the subsidized food products in the form of rice, buffalo meat, beef, chicken meat, eggs, fish, and milk," she expressed, Thursday (5/12).

In Sunter Agung area, there were two locations for taking subsidized cheap food, namely at Sunter Muara RPTRA and Sunter Indah III RPTRA. She hoped that this program could continue to be enjoyed by residents thus it can improve the nutrition of family food and nutrition for children.

"It is a routine program. We also continue to monitor and supervise residents to maintain health protocols," she said.

In the bazaar, her party was assisted by eight RPTRA caretakers and one officer from Bank DKI. Sales of subsidized food this time were recorded at 353 kilograms of beef, 362 kilograms of chicken meat, 363 kilograms of rice, 379 trays of chicken eggs, 275 cartons of milk, and 270 kilograms of fish.

RW 03 Sunter Agung Resident Barkah Priyanti (33) admitted that it was very helpful for underprivileged people to get nutritious and healthy food.

"Alhamdulillah, this program helps us, moreover, prices are still high in the month of Ramadan. But the prices here are cheaper than the market, hope it can become a routine agenda," she admitted.
